The Horse Ride
The full day wine tour is truly the ultimate way to experience the magnificent Stellenbosch Wine Route. We will gallop, canter, hill climb and even swim if you need a dip through 7 popular Wine Estates.
We stop at the popular restaurant “The Table” at the De Meye Wine Estate to enjoy lunch and take the opportunity for a rest under ancient oak trees while your new horse friend grazes and enjoys their lunch nearby.
After lunch, the trail will lead us up a mountain until we reach a secret lookout point where we take a break to soak up the beauty of the Cape Winelands. Further refreshments will be served while you take photographs and breathe in the clean air of the mountain.
The pace of the horse ride will depend on the riders and how they would like to ride throughout the day as we are here to serve the riders and the horses.
We leave the stables at the pink geranium at 9 am and should be back by 4 pm.
